Part of our commitment to respect for our customers is ensuring our bakery uses wholesome, locally-sourced ingredients. It is a trans fat-free environment and we steer clear of hydrogenated oils, bleached flour, nuts, raisins, shortening and preservatives. Our cinnamon buns are made by hand, daily, and they are never served past peak freshness. Can’t eat gluten? No problem. We have gluten-aware options readily available.
Sometimes time (or diet) doesn’t allow for a slowly-savored cinnamon bun. We get that. Our Healthy Choice Flax Muffins® are loaded with fibre, lignans and Omega 3 fatty-acids. Our Superfruit Muffins® are rich in antioxidants and are kept ultra-moist with seven different types of fruit. On the more decadent side, our Espresso Chocolate Banana Muffins® are made with premium Schokinag dark chocolate chips, Fair Trade Organic espresso and fresh bananas.
