THE BUNS

Our cinnamon buns are made fresh daily by hand using locally-sourced, wholesome ingredients – each one is a little diva who will not be rushed. Our dough is made from choice Canadian flours, fermented to precise standards, then assembled, rolled, measured, cut and separated by hand. They are made without trans fats, hydrogenated oils, eggs, bleached flour, nuts, raisins or preservatives as nothing but the best will do! Finally, the buns are baked with a high level of control for moisture, iced with vanilla-bean cream-cheese icing and served at peak freshness.
