BAKERY
Part of our commitment to respect for our customers is ensuring our bakery uses wholesome, locally-sourced ingredients. It is a trans fat-free environment and we steer clear of hydrogenated oils, bleached flour, nuts, raisins, shortening and preservatives. Our cinnamon buns are made by hand, daily, and they are never served past peak freshness.

It’s important to us to provide options for everyone, so you know you can always have a snack with your coffee. Our vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free options are often rotating and you can see what’s available through our Grounds for Coffee App or our online store.

Sometimes time (or diet) doesn’t allow for a slowly-savored cinnamon bun. We get that. Our Healthy Choice Flax Muffins® are loaded with fibre, lignans and Omega 3 fatty-acids. Our Superfruit Muffins® are rich in antioxidants and are kept ultra-moist with seven different types of fruit. On the more decadent side, our Espresso Chocolate Banana Muffins® are made with premium Schokinag dark chocolate chips, ethically sourced and organic espresso and fresh bananas.

Looking for something not so sweet? In addition to our gooey cinnamon buns and delicious baked goods, we have many savoury food items to chose from. We serve healthy and hearty wraps, calzones and all-day breakfast buns. From our rustic house-made vegetarian flatbread to vegan/veggie wraps and also scratch-made vegan cheese buns, we have got you covered for savoury fare.
